Role: Marketing Lead
Role Summary
Ablypro is looking for a Marketing Lead who can build structure, define processes, and drive consistent, high-quality marketing output. This role will own marketing planning and execution across brand, content, social media, campaigns, and employer branding, while managing the team’s deliveries end-to-end. You should have a strong grasp of brand positioning and messaging, and the ability to convert business priorities into clear plans, briefs, timelines, and measurable results.Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Translate business goals into quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
- Define marketing priorities, content pillars, and channel strategy.
Process and Execution Management
- Create and maintain marketing SOPs: briefs, approvals, publishing, repurposing, and reporting.
- Build a predictable delivery engine with clear timelines, ownership, and quality checks.
- Ensure on-time output across formats: posts, videos, carousels, event assets, internal initiatives, etc.
Brand and Positioning
- Own brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication.
- Improve clarity of positioning and ensure campaigns and content align with it.
Social Media and Content Leadership
- Lead social strategy (LinkedIn primary) and content calendar execution.
- Guide content ideation, storytelling, and distribution to improve reach and engagement.
Employer Branding (with HR)
- Partner with HR to create employer branding content and support hiring campaigns.
- Showcase culture, people, learning, and workplace initiatives through content.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report core metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance).
- Share monthly insights and action plans to improve outcomes.
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate writers, designers, video editors, interns/trainees, and agencies (as applicable).
- Set expectations, review output, coach the team, and improve ownership and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing (B2B services/tech/IT services preferred).
- Strong experience in performance marketing, social strategy, and brand messaging.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive execution with structure and accountability.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating inputs into deliverables.
