Job Overview:

  • HyTechPro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead with 8-12 years of experience in IT services or software sales, specifically within the North American region.
  • The ideal candidate will lead and manage a sales team of 5-8 members, design effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth through enterprise clients.
  • The role requires excellent communication, team management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team of 5-8 members.
  • Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor their weekly and monthly progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to enhance their sales approach and overall performance.
  • Understand the organization’s offerings and clientele.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the organization’s services and enterprise client base in the North American region.
  • Create and maintain quarterly sales pipelines.
  • Present pipeline progress, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align strategies and assign qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Focus on selling IT services or software solutions to enterprise clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain excellent communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and deliver them to the management team.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT services or software sales, with a proven track record of success, particularly in the North American market.
  • Experience in selling services to the Enterprise Customers.
  • Experience working with CRM, Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong experience in managing and mentoring sales teams with a team size of 5-8 people.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise client requirements and sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report sales metrics effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
