The FinancialForce Spring 2022 Release has come with new updates and features that primarily focus on empowering organizations to run a more connected, global, and agile business.

The spring 2022 release introduced interesting changes in the PSA, ERP, and Customer Success Cloud and also a great update to the previously launched FinancialForce FP&A solution.
Updates on ERP Cloud
New updates to the ERP Cloud have improved the Financial management application allowing you to simplify the revenue reporting process. Along with this, there are several improvements as mentioned below:
- There is only one dashboard to streamline processes across multiple companies and currencies.
- Added Multi-X functionality includes more support for intercompany transactions.
- Users can now record tax and invoices from multiple companies to prepare financial statements for a group of companies within their legal access.
- More improvements to the Financial Report Builder include multi-company reporting and consolidation.
- The Enhanced features include more visibility into their cash flow statements with more in-depth drill-down features.
- Businesses can now improve their globalization reach with new localization features that include support for Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, and Austria, as well as enhanced operations for Germany and Australia.
PSA Cloud Lightning Experience
The Spring release 2022 has introduced the full lightning experience to its Billing Hubs, Actuals & Actual verification, Project Variance, and RPG Hierarchy. Other improvements to the analytics include:
- Businesses can now improve their resource management features by auto-assigning the resource requests that meet specific criteria, and model ideal staffing scenarios across a project, opportunity, or region.
- Users can expect improved user experience (UX) for project staffing and management.
- The new Work Planner simplifies assignments with a drag-and-drop feature and an enhanced Skills Capacity Dashboard.
- Added lightning components to Gantt enable you to add project layouts and provide more visibility of a project to the team.
- You can now automate the entire resourcing process using auto-assign capability.
- Resource Optimizer will allow you to filter staffing plans by project, opportunity, or region.
- The time entry capability has also been enhanced to improve accuracy and is set in default based on a schedule to reduce the time consumed while filing the information.
- You can also delegate an expense entry.
- Users can now benefit from an improved integration between the FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce CRM with better estimation, sales-to-service automation, and related analytics.
Customer Success Cloud
FinancialForce Spring release 2022 introduced the new customer success cloud enabling you to create persona-based workspaces.
- Users can create playbooks using key metrics, common actions, and analytics to improve customer engagement.
- Also reuse task lists, agendas, and kanban boards.
